I am Bertha Hinojosa and I teach first grade gifted students at Buchanan.  I am excited about the upcoming 2006-2007 school year. We will read Accelerated Reader books during the summer.  We will study Japan and other countries of the world.  I am looking forward to sharing my summer experiences with all of you.  I hope that you will share your summer experiences with the class.  Please keep a journal about the things you do.
